The Path to a Healthful Lifestyle — Most of us are looking for ways to incorporate healthful eating habits and physical activity into our everyday lives. There are several resources that can help you personalize your path. Your Personal Path to Health: Steps to a Healthier You! is a brochure developed in cooperation among the IFIC Foundation, the Food Marketing Institute (FMI), and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to help you use MyPyramid, a step-by-step guide to healthful eating and physical activity. USDA has also recently launched a new, online electronic planner to help you plan your menus and guide you to healthier choices.
